Brian Bolton
President and CEO, is responsible for all North American
operations. He joined Allflex in early 2004 after
serving as Executive Vice President for Optibrand
LLC, a technology company in animal identification.
His past positions include Vice President Marketing
and International for ABS Global Inc., the world
leader in bovine genetics. Born in England, Bolton
is a graduate of Harper Adams University (UK) in
agriculture and business. He has resided in the U.S.
since 2000. Brian and his wife Marissa reside in
Dallas, Texas and he has two daughters Laura and
Tessa. |

Glenn Fischer
Senior Vice President, Marketing is responsible for North
American commercial activities. He received a bachelor’s
and a master’s degree in business administration
from California Lutheran University. Fischer began
his career with Allflex Tag Company in 1984 and assumed
his current role in 1990. He
currently serves as NCBA Allied Industry Council Chairman,
NCBA Board of Directors and Executive Committee and
is the co-chairman for the National Institute of Agriculture
Identification Committee. A native of New
York State, he has lived in Texas for 15 years with
his wife, Karen, and their 3 children, Stephanie, Bryan
and Kyle. |

Jon Becerril
National Sales Manager, is responsible for overseeing
nine regional sales managers in North America and assists
with all sales and marketing in the U.S. and Mexico.
Becerril has more than 30 years experience in the livestock
and animal health industries and has held a number
of positions during his 19 years with Allflex. Becerril
is a former Texas Cattle Feeders Association
Allied Industry Chair. Jon resides in San Antonio,
Texas with his wife Sophia and their three dogs Crocket,
Emily, and General. |

Scott Holt
North America Associate Sales Manager & Northwest Regional Manager, supports the Allflex National Sales Manager with sales and marketing activities across the U.S. Holt also works closely with regional managers, communications and marketing to provide training and support materials to distribution and industry leaders. In addition, Holt manages sales in the northwestern region and serves as Vice President of Idaho Hereford Association, Animal Health Committee Chairman of the Idaho Cattle Association (ICA) and serves on the ICA Board of Directors. Holt is a graduate of Washington State University. He and his wife Kim, and their two children Emilee and Ben, live in Nampa, ID. |

Donna James
Commercial Services Manager is responsible for leading all marketing communications, customer service and sales support functions for North America. Her team assists customers in the United States, Mexico and Canada by fulfilling orders, helping answer questions and helping solve problems. James oversees training on all new products and follows industry trends in how the livestock industry is using identification so that the Allflex team is well equipped to meet customers' needs. James resides in Dallas and enjoys quality time with family and friends. She has two children and two grandchildren |

Tom Polich
Business Development and Product Manager is responsible
for providing sales and business development support
to the sales and marketing team for North America.
Polich has worked in the animal health and identification
industries for more than 20 years. A Montana native,
he grew up in the farming and ranching industries.
He began his career at Walco and has been at Allflex
for the past 15 years serving in a number of positions
including Western Regional Sales Manager. Polich and
his wife, Theresa, reside in Visalia, California with
son, Joshua. |

Chuck Rogers
Technical Services Manager manages the North American technical team and supports the implementation of EID systems in various types of livestock applications. His primary responsibilities include working with the Allflex commercial group on the development of EID reader and products, performing inspections, and setting quality assurance testing standards for EID reader products. He also leads the technical team in the development and growth of the technical department by providing the training and tools necessary to complete the assigned tasks. Rogers’ training includes degrees in information technology systems and electronic engineering. He and his wife, Kameron, along with their two daughters, Bree & Ally enjoy spending time together traveling and outdoor activities. |

Brian Rainey
EID Product Marketing Manager & Western Regional Manager, works with regional managers, customers and product managers to provide technical information and training on Allflex EID products. Rainey is also responsible for research and development of identification products across all marketing and specie groups. Rainey has been instrumental in dairy RFID initiatives from Minnesota to California. He also leads sales activities for the western states of CA, NV and AZ. He received a degree in animal science from Kansas State University and a master’s degree in ruminant nutrition and pre-harvest food safety from Montana State University. Brian resides in Tulare, CA. |

Jay Lewis
Technical Services Specialist provides technical support
for Allflex’s regional sales
team and technical field team. He is responsible for
handling help desk requests
from customers and for creating and implementing processes
and procedures
to optimize the work flow into and out of the Technical
Department. Lewis also
assists with research and development projects as needed.
He resides in Fort
Worth and enjoys hunting, fishing and motor sports in
his free time. |

Simon Alfaro
EID Technical Specialist is responsible for installations of EID antenna systems in the field. In addition, Alfaro provides internal and external product support for customers and performs troubleshooting and/or repairs on existing EID systems. His background includes military service where he provided telecommunication and electronic ordnance support for Army aviation. Alfaro enjoys spending his time fishing with his four children and his wife, Martha. |
